Application for Major

To declare a political science major or minor, it is strongly recommended that the student complete at least one political science course before declaring the major or minor.

To declare a political science major or minor, come to the Undergraduate Advising Office in 1482 Social Sciences. Declaring a major or minor may be done on a walk-in basis or students may call ahead and schedule an appointment. For transfer students, scheduling an appointment in advance is desirable. To schedule an appointment with the undergraduate advisor, call 612-624-8517 at least one day in advance.
